• How to secure your spot:

  • Step 1 ($40 Deposit):
    Click the "Register Now" button below to open the secure Jane App portal. You will pay a non-refundable $40 CAD* credit card deposit to hold your place.

    • ​Note: Because Jane is a clinic software, you may receive an automated email asking you to fill out clinical "Intake Forms." Please completely ignore these forms! They do not apply to this course.
       

  • Step 2 (Settle the Balance):
    The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of booking to permanently keep your spot. If it is not received, your spot will be automatically released to the waitlist and your deposit will be forfeited.

• Balance payment options:

  • Option A (Interac E-Transfer): 

    • Send to micaela@instilphysio.ca.

    • Please include your full name and “HPPH Guelph” in the e-transfer message.

  • Option B (Credit Card):

    • Reply to your Jane confirmation email requesting to charge the card on file.

• Cancellations & deadlines: 

  • More than 60 days out:
    Cancellations made before February 2, 2027, will receive a refund minus a $30 administrative fee.

  • Within 60 days:
    Registrations are non-refundable after February 2, 2027 (this is when the course content goes live).

  • Pre-Course Requirement:
    Mandatory pre-course content on Teachable must be completed 2 weeks prior to April 3, 2027. Failure to complete it results in a forfeited registration without a refund.

  • Course Cancellation:
    If the course is cancelled by the organizers, you will receive a refund minus a $30 credit card administrative fee.
