We're Back: She Moves Virtual 2022!
Happy New Year! To start this year off with the health and performance of female athletes at the forefront, we're running a FREE virtual She Moves event for the entire month of January.
We're doing this to stay active and connected with our community during a time where access to sport and physical activity is limited.
Starting January 10th, we will have weekly activity challenges, live strength training sessions with Sonia Cazzola (Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach), and motivation sent directly to your inbox.
Girls aged 10-18 as well as parents and teammates are encouraged and welcome to sign up.
